Order Processing & Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during launches, promotional periods, or high-volume order windows.

Shipping delivery estimates begin once the package has been transferred to the carrier. Ayana Active is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping — Special Request Only

International shipping is not available through standard checkout and must be requested directly. By requesting international shipment, customers acknowledge responsibility for all duties, import taxes, customs fees, and related charges required by their country.

Ayana Active does not control or collect customs fees. International shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes shipments that are refused, abandoned, or held by customs due to unpaid import charges. Transit times are estimates only and may vary.

Returns

Returns are available for all items and must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on, in the bag they were shipped in. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the items, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times.

You can also choose to receive your refund within 24 hours as a store voucher. Items purchased through store vouchers or Gift cards, will only be refunded as store vouchers. We currently do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your products and make a new order.
