The pre order campaign lasts for 8 weeks.

Pre-ordered items are expected to ship approximately 1 week after the campaign ends. You will receive updates via email about the progress of your order and shipment details.

Returns are available for all items and must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on, in the bag they were shipped in. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the items, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times. You can also choose to receive your refund within 24 hours as a store voucher. Items purchased through store vouchers or Gift card, will only be refunded as store vouchers.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your products and place a new order.
